BAM Broadband has acquired ZoomOnline and will be assuming responsibility for managing your internet service, customer experience and the continued development of the fiber optic network in Chandler neighborhoods.
We recognize that a change like this may bring questions about what this means for you and your internet service. Our priority is to make this transition as seamless as possible for you, while maintaining the service and support you rely on. The ZoomOnline and BAM Broadband teams have worked together closely to ensure continuity throughout the transition.

What you need to know:
The transition from ZoomOnline to BAM Broadband will be effective on September 8, 2026.
Your Internet Plan:
Your existing internet plan and monthly rate will remain the same. You can continue using your internet service as you do today.
Billing:
BAM Broadband will begin managing your billing starting with your October bill.
- BAM will provide statements to subscribers 10 days prior to the billing date. You should receive your first invoice from BAM on or around September 22nd and billing to your financial institution will occur on October 1st.
- If you’re currently enrolled in AutoPay, your payment information will securely transfer to BAM Broadband and no action is required on your part.
- For any online account activities on or after September 8, 2026, please utilize the BAM Portal at https://portal.bambroadband.com/.You will be required to enter your email associated with your account to set up a user. (Note: The ZoomOnline App and Web Portal will no longer be available as of September 7, 2026.)
BAM Customer Support:
Beginning September 8, 2026, customer support will be managed by BAM Broadband. For hours of operation and contact information, go to bambroadband.com/support or call 855-851-2111.
